Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark or Prague, Czech Republic. The role is hybrid with up to 2 days per week working from home.

What you will do

  • Support tracking and reporting of sales performance, including pipeline, revenue, and KPIs.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems like Salesforce to ensure high data integrity.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to assist sales teams in decision-making.
  • Prepare customer-facing materials and insights for executive briefings and QBRs.
  • Provide operational support to Account Managers throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of Account Development Plans and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Recent Graduate (2025 or 2026) with a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or Engineering.
  • Maximum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with data, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong interest in sales operations and the commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with internal stakeholders.
