Strategy Execution Lead (Business Analytics): Driving strategic decisions across the EAME region through data-driven insights, governance, and performance tracking with an accent on executive-level reporting. Focus on translating complex business performance data into actionable recommendations and building robust analytics frameworks.

Location: Onsite in Ismaning (Munich), Germany (5 days a week)

Base Minimum Pay: €89,785.00

What you will do

• Translate business performance data into actionable insights to support regional growth.
• Provide focused, executive-level recommendations to drive senior decision-making.
• Define and own key performance metrics, targets, and dashboards aligned with commercial strategy.
• Build growth forecasts and monitor performance across regions and distribution channels.
• Lead data visualization and insight storytelling for leadership-level discussions.
• Act as a trusted senior analytics partner, influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany or possess a valid EU-25/EFTA citizenship/work permit.
• English: Fluency required.
• Experience in a large management consulting firm delivering complex business projects.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and dashboarding tools like Power BI.
• Advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint for executive storytelling.
• Relevant degree or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Think-cell.
• Knowledge of Python, Snowflake, and SQL queries.
