What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to commercial and enabling functions within the CESE region.
  • Own and shape the regional digital roadmap, translating business strategy into high-impact initiatives.
  • Capture and prioritize digital demand, balancing local requirements with global enterprise standards.
  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the region to ensure stakeholder alignment and visibility.
  • Coordinate the implementation and adoption of local and global digital initiatives.
  • Drive innovation by introducing external perspectives on emerging technology trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital, IT, Business Transformation, or Consulting.
  • Strong experience working with commercial teams in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep understanding of commercial field operations and customer engagement models.
  • Proficiency with CRM and commercial platforms, specifically Veeva.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders within a complex, matrixed international environment.
