Salary: $147,900 – $220,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of 2-3 strategic initiatives simultaneously within time-boxed sprints.
• Develop and validate new partner competency pathways for GenAI, Data, and AI services.
• Test and prove the efficacy of partner activation, onboarding motions, and funding mechanisms.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Partner Development, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing teams.
• Define success metrics and track partner activation rates and funding ROI to provide evidence for scaled investments.
• Document proven playbooks and SOPs to ensure smooth transition to scaled program teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; or San Francisco, CA.
• 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, and Databases.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or metrics-driven decision making.
• Proven experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications and presenting to executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification.
• Experience designing and scaling workforce development programs across large-scale operations.
• Proficiency with analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting.
