What you will do

• Identify and recruit priority Federal and European Systems Integrators to scale the partner motion.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the global defense and government ecosystem.
• Equip partner sales teams with actionable knowledge of AI-driven products through training and playbooks.
• Manage joint leads and align operating rhythms with internal sales teams and distributors like Carahsoft.
• Establish KPIs and reporting cadences to measure partner productivity and pipeline impact.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly priorities to position offerings effectively within partner frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development within the Public Sector (Civilian and Defense).
• Deep understanding of the defense, military, or national security landscape, including procurement models and organizational structures.
• Solid experience working with complex software products, enterprise platforms, and AI-driven decision-support tools.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
• Familiarity with major government distributors and large-scale systems integrators.
