Salary: $147,900 – $220,200 annually

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of AIML go-to-market strategies for SI/GSI and ISV partners.
• Collaborate with Partner, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to drive partnership initiatives.
• Create scalable programs and deliver business reviews to unblock partner challenges and drive growth.
• Develop operational planning documents and serve as an AIML subject matter expert for internal teams.
• Position hirify.global as the preferred choice for enterprise generative AI workloads using Bedrock capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Partner Network (APN) programs, competency frameworks, or marketplace listings.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and patterns (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, tool-use, RAG).
• Working knowledge of hirify.global AI/ML services, particularly Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Understanding of LLM-based application architectures, including guardrails and identity/access patterns.
• Experience interpreting data to provide strategic business recommendations.
