What you will do

• Own the global MDM strategy and configuration for MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Design and implement endpoint security policies including DLP, patching, OS hardening, and application control.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical presence for the London office, handling device provisioning, AV, and asset management.
• Partner with the security team on EDR/XDR tuning and incident triage.
• Produce evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits regarding endpoint controls.
• Leverage AI tools to automate endpoint operations and improve IT team fluency.

Requirements

• Must be based full-time in the London office
• Minimum 6 years of experience in endpoint engineering or security with senior-level ownership.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Addigy at scale (1,000+ devices).
• Working knowledge of EDR/XDR platforms, ZTNA, and Zero Trust access principles.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 20 kg.
• Strong customer service instinct and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with work app isolation or BYOD data-containment platforms.
• Familiarity with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and corporate AV meeting-room technology.
• Prior experience producing SOC 2 or ISO 27001 evidence.
• Experience with laptop backup platforms like Druva.
