What you will do

• Coordinate and execute the roadmap for core client-centric applications including Yardi, Blueprint, and Viewpoint.
• Oversee data governance, integration strategies, and the use of APIs to ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
• Monitor application performance, define KPIs, and manage incident resolution to ensure high availability and compliance.
• Supervise a team of configuration and technical specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure service delivery meets performance and cost standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting pre-sales and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology, data management, or application management within financial services.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong technical understanding of application architecture, cloud technologies, and reporting solutions.
• Proficiency in managing APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
• Experience with data governance frameworks, ETL tools, and master data management (MDM) practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, data management, or a finance-related field.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Fenergo, Investran, Medius, or client-facing portals.
• Relevant professional qualifications in IT Application Support Management.
