Salary: USD 55,000 - 65,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including job postings, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems and transactions to ensure smooth business operations.
• Partner cross-functionally to manage compensation analyses, employment agreements, and organizational changes.
• Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery of employee payments.
• Generate meaningful reports and metrics to support decision-making for a complex organization of 1,000+ employees.
• Coordinate employee engagement efforts and support broader company-wide HR projects.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.
