What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Administer employee benefits, leaves (including FMLA), and general HR programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and issue tracking.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Contribute to employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of hands-on HR experience, including employee relations and employment law compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (as per E-Verify and US labor law requirements).
