What you will do

• Run full-cycle accounts payable across six entities: vendor onboarding, invoice capture/coding, PO and non-PO matching, approval routing, and multi-currency payment runs.
• Administer the Ramp corporate card program end-to-end, including card issuance/limits, transaction coding, receipt and policy compliance, and monthly reconciliation to NetSuite GL.
• Post and reconcile AP and card transactions in NetSuite using a matrix/dimensional GL structure (GL account, Department, Class) and ensure correct subsidiary/segment coding.
• Book intercompany AP so it consolidates cleanly.
• Support AP sub-ledger through month-end close: accruals, GRNI and unbilled review, supplier statement reconciliations, and aged-payables reporting.
• Maintain AP controls and documentation, resolve vendor/payment queries, and drive continuous improvement of AP/card automation and workflows with the systems team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience with genuine end-to-end ownership in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience (or comparable tier-one ERP) with ability to ramp on NetSuite quickly.
• Strong ability to code accurately in a matrix/dimensional GL structure (GL account, Department, Class) and understand consolidation/reporting rollups.
• Experience administering a corporate card/spend-management program (Ramp experience is a plus).
• Solid grasp of AP controls, month-end close, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of VAT/indirect tax on purchases across the UK and EU.
