Business Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Fintech): Designing and documenting requirements for innovative payment solutions with an accent on Open Banking and greenfield project delivery. Location: Remote, must be based in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Estonia, or Latvia)

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for payment solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation, including Confluence pages and functional specifications.
• Develop process flows, business rules, and solution design documentation.
• Support UAT, implementation, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Identify risks and documentation gaps, driving stakeholders toward timely resolution.

Requirements

• Proven BA experience in the Payments and/or Fintech industry.
• Experience delivering greenfield projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Open Banking and the Payments domain.
• Proficiency in writing User Stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management.
• Must be based in Lithuania, Estonia, or Latvia.

Nice to have

• Understanding of ISO 20022 and XML-based messaging.
• Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks).
• Knowledge of PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and AML regulations.
