Senior IT Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (Banking)

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk or Warszawa, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 900–1,050 PLN per day on B2B

What you will do

• Collect and analyze business requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into features, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation, traceability, and handover to development.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and product representatives.
• Identify dependencies across systems and teams and support functional solution design.
• Contribute to statements and reporting initiatives within a large-scale core banking transformation program.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with banking statements and reporting solutions.
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably with large international banks.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements in complex transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and readiness to work from the Gdańsk or Warszawa office 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a Nordic bank.
• Experience with Hadoop.
• Previous involvement in core banking transformation programs.
