Business Analyst / PM (Banking)

What you will do

• Support a global banking transformation programme focused on tax-related process transformation and standardization.
• Collect, structure, analyse, and visualise data from multiple systems and sources.
• Combine data analysis with insights from workshops and documentation to produce recommendations.
• Map end-to-end business processes at both high-level and detailed levels across different areas and locations.
• Organise and support stakeholder workshops, structure outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prioritise deliverables and dependencies, break complex topics into work packages, and coordinate delivery in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation, Process Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience with banking services for global international companies.
• Strong project management, planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with an end-to-end approach.
• Experience working in global, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• English at minimum C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience in Tax, Securities Services, Asset Servicing, Custody, Fund Accounting, or Transfer Agency.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.
