Senior Business Analyst (Banking and Agile)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.

What you will do

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and create functional specifications and user stories.
• Design and document test cases, coordinate test execution, and maintain testing documentation.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation for development and implementation.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Write complex SQL queries and use database models to validate data and support testing.
• Analyze technical architecture and system integration points while identifying process improvements and applying Agile methods.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Fluent French at C1 level and English at B2/C1 level.
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and testing.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures.
• Knowledge of technical architecture, system integration, and functional and technical documentation.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
