What you will do

• Design and implement robust accounting processes and procedures.
• Build and develop a high-performing global finance team focused on operational excellence.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Manage treasury operations, cash reserves, and working capital efficiency.
• Lead the digital transformation of the accounting function using AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support financial strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

• Formal Accountancy Qualification (e.g., KHT, ACA, or ACCA) required.
• Over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial controlling.
• Proven track record in leading and developing finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP, FAS).
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Netsuite.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience building agentic workflows or process automation using AI models.
• Familiarity with close management tools like FloQast or Stacks.
• Background in corporate finance, including M&A or fundraising.
