Team Leader, FiCo Center of Excellence (SAP FI)

Location: Preferably Tallinn, Estonia, or optionally Hyvinkää, Finland; hybrid working is part of the role.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team of finance specialists.
• Drive adoption of finance processes, systems, and tools across the organisation.
• Connect end users with Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, Finance Transformation, and IT.
• Ensure high-quality support, training, documentation, and governance for finance applications and processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and identify optimisation opportunities through data-driven decision-making.
• Support finance process and technology implementations, including new country and company rollouts.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Process Excellence, ERP implementation, or Finance Transformation.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI and a proven track record in ERP transformations, process harmonisation, shared services, or global finance transformation programmes.
• Experience leading organisational change and driving adoption of new processes and tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in global or multi-country environments.
• Knowledge of Aico, Emburse, CoProcess, SAP CLM, Pagero Tax Comply, or TIS.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Background in end-user support, training, and change management.
