TL;DR

Executive Director, Global Payment Services (Treasury and Payments): Leading and scaling a global payments function for fund administration and asset servicing with an accent on payment automation, bank connectivity, operational resilience, and regulatory control. Focus on designing a globally consistent operating model, integrating payment platforms, reducing manual intervention, and managing cross-border payment risks.

What you will do

Provide strategic leadership for the Global Payments function and build a scalable, resilient, globally consistent operating model.
Lead technology, automation, payment platform, bank connectivity, and integration initiatives with Technology and Product teams.
Oversee accurate, secure, and timely client, investor, fund, treasury, and corporate payments.
Establish global standards, controls, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting to improve service quality and reduce payment errors and operational incidents.
Lead the integration of payment activities across the organisation and develop a geographically dispersed global leadership team.
Oversee payment investigations, third-party providers, business continuity, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and critical escalations.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
10–15 years of experience in Treasury and Payments, preferably in fund services, asset servicing, or financial services.
At least 5 years of senior leadership experience, including leadership of high-performing geographically dispersed teams.
Experience building, scaling, or transforming global operational functions.
Knowledge of treasury and payment operations, including SWIFT, wire payments, banking platforms, correspondent banking, and payment routing.
Understanding of cross-border payments, FX, multi-currency cash management, KYC, AML, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

Experience supporting hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, or real estate funds.
Strong programme, change management, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
