What you will do
- Qualify and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to drive them through the sales funnel.
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders to initiate cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
- Generate sales-ready meetings for executives using established qualification criteria.
- Manage and track all interactions in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing to refine lead quality and conversion strategies.
- Execute selling and influencing techniques to clearly articulate hirify.global’s value proposition to prospects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prospecting or lead generation experience.
- Fluency in German is required for the DACH territory coverage.
- Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment.

- College degree in a relevant field.
