What you will do

  • Qualify and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to drive them through the sales funnel.
  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders to initiate cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings for executives using established qualification criteria.
  • Manage and track all interactions in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing to refine lead quality and conversion strategies.
  • Execute selling and influencing techniques to clearly articulate hirify.global’s value proposition to prospects.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prospecting or lead generation experience.
  • Fluency in German is required for the DACH territory coverage.
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

  • College degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in high-growth software/SaaS environments.
