What you will do
- Own and meet target quotas for qualified opportunities and sales pipeline.
- Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Discover customer pain points, map to hirify.global solutions, and qualify Enterprise sales opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
- Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.
Requirements
- Hybrid role in Munich, Germany, London, UK, or Lisbon, Portugal.
- English and German language proficiency required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR or similar role in the technology industry (SaaS experience a plus).
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms.

- Experience in Outreach and Salesforce.
