TL;DR

Business Development Representative (German Speaking): Generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for sales counterparts with an accent on customer-centric sales skills and in-depth product knowledge. Focus on owning and meeting target quotas for qualified opportunities and sales pipeline value.

Location: Munich, Germany or London, the UK or Lisbon, Portugal. This is a hybrid role.

What you will do

  • Own and meet target quotas for qualified opportunities and sales pipeline.
  • Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
  • Discover customer pain points, map to hirify.global solutions, and qualify Enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
  • Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.

Requirements

  • Hybrid role in Munich, Germany, London, UK, or Lisbon, Portugal.
  • English and German language proficiency required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BDR or similar role in the technology industry (SaaS experience a plus).
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Outreach and Salesforce.
