Focus on discovering pain points, mapping them to solutions, and delivering qualified pipeline to sales counterparts.

Location: Hybrid (Munich, Germany or London, the UK or Lisbon, Portugal)

What you will do

  • Own and meet target quota related to qualified opportunities and sales pipeline.
  • Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
  • Discover customer pain points and use cases, mapping them to hirify.global solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
  • Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar capacity in the technology industry (SaaS is a plus).
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Outreach and Salesforce.
