What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via service desk, email, and chat.
• Manage identity and access tasks including Okta troubleshooting and MFA resets.
• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions.
• Handle Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes including equipment provisioning and asset recovery.
• Deploy and manage endpoints using Jamf for macOS and Microsoft Intune for Windows.
• Support meeting room AV readiness and office infrastructure rollouts.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York and able to work onsite.
• English proficiency required for communication and support.
• A-Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrable passion for technology, specifically macOS and iOS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn Windows and enterprise administration tools.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Experience or training in Apple device deployment.
• Familiarity with Okta fundamentals.
• Microsoft certifications.
