What you will do

• Manage and monitor the daily activities of a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Drive sales targets and maintain strong professional relationships with merchant PICs through daily visits.
• Ensure the correct placement of POP promotional materials within stores.
• Conduct field training and refreshment sessions for promoters to improve performance.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather data on sales, competitors, and field issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related sales field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both teams and geographical areas.
• Experience in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Placement: Must be located in the Malang Area
