Team Head, Indonesia Market: Lead the Indonesia market team by supporting the Market Head with business planning, marketing activities, and execution of financial targets with an accent on client advisory support, business development, and first-line risk/compliance oversight. Focus on mentoring relationship managers, ensuring adherence to advisory standards, and proactively managing AML, regulatory, reputational, and credit risks.

What you will do

  • Support the Market Head in developing the team’s business plan and oversee overall marketing activities.
  • Execute the team’s business plan and financial targets.
  • Support relationship managers with business opportunities, prospecting, and new client relationship development.
  • Leverage firm products and product teams to meet clients’ investment needs and ensure RMs follow BOS Advisory standards.
  • Mentor and coach relationship managers to improve performance and effectiveness; promote teamwork across RMs and with other Team Heads.
  • Lead first-line defense activities: supervise compliance, process, and risk management, including proactive management of AML, regulatory, reputational, and credit risks.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of risk management with the ability to manage credit and reputational risks in relationship management.
  • Ability to lead day-to-day supervisory oversight to ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Experience guiding and supporting relationship managers on applying AML and risk policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Ability to proactively manage AML, regulatory, reputational, and credit risk as first line of defense.
  • Experience with compliance and risk metrics frameworks (e.g., MCOR, Risk Moderator) and ensuring timely completion of related actions.
