What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and empower a growing team of Renewal Managers.
• Optimize GRR and NRR by prioritizing high-impact account interventions and risk mitigation.
• Drive late-stage, high-stakes renewal negotiations, pricing frameworks, and discount governance.
• Collaborate with CSM and Sales teams to ensure seamless account handoffs and accurate forecasting.
• Develop and scale renewals playbooks and operational best practices for a scale-up environment.
• Personally manage high-value or at-risk strategic accounts to lead by example.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or commercial Customer Success within SaaS.
• 2+ years of management experience coaching teams to peak commercial performance.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Germany.
