TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and expanding the footprint within large enterprise accounts in the DACH region with an accent on upselling SaaS and Security ARR. Focus on cultivating C-suite relationships, implementing MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

Location: Residency in Germany is required (Remote)

What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a portfolio of large enterprise accounts.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans utilizing MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within the existing client base.
  • Collaborate with Channel, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless value delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in complex B2B SaaS sales closing high-value deals with major enterprise accounts.
  • German language proficiency (C2 level) is required, alongside English.
  • Residency in Germany is mandatory.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor, translating customer business initiatives into technical and business value.
  • Strong technical aptitude to engage confidently with both technical and business leaders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and AI Act regulations.
  • Experience leveraging ROI analyses and data-driven sales strategies.
