What you will do

• Build local partnerships by finding, setting up, and maintaining networks of local partners and growing B2B relationships.
• Run “Maison Voi” as a local hub for partners and stakeholders, including events and visibility campaigns.
• Represent Voi in the field through information stands, promotional events, and road safety awareness campaigns; gather feedback from riders and stakeholders.
• Read the market by conducting on-the-ground service audits, analyzing usage patterns, and tracking competitors in Marseille.
• Work with data by tracking market performance indicators and contributing to local action plans.
• Manage relationships with the city by handling day-to-day requests from local authorities and preparing materials for meetings.

Requirements

• Local roots: know Marseille well (ideally living or having lived there).
• Public affairs experience: exposure to working with local authorities, institutions, or public-sector partners.
• Driving licence: category B (required for driving to events).
• Languages: fluent French and professional English.
• Proactive, positive mindset with comfort owning outcomes end to end.
• Genuine interest in micromobility (already rides or is keen to start).
