What you will do

• Monitor inventory levels and staffing to ensure compliance with customer-specific SLA requirements.
• Facilitate regular status calls with regional supervisors to review program volumes and health.
• Identify and analyze abnormalities in workforce and volume trends.
• Collaborate with support teams and DMV partners to ensure timely flow of events.
• Design and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track key service statistics.
• Analyze staffing models and recommend adjustments such as schedule changes or overtime.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Mesa, Arizona
• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of statistics, trend analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
