Assembly Engineer

Location: Vienna, Austria (Onsite)

Salary: €3,800 – €5,000 gross/month

What you will do

• Perform daily hands-on assembly line operations and ensure production schedules are met.
• Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the entire assembly process.
• Coordinate workflows between production, quality control, and logistics teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve disruptions, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Monitor and report on production performance metrics.
• Manage inventory and supplies required for the assembly line.

Requirements

• Degree or technical education in engineering, electronics, or manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of experience in a structured manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly line processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear direction.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are considered a plus.
