Field Service Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Remote in Austria, with frequent travel around the Graz area and up to 80% travel

Salary: €60,000–€80,000 gross annually

What you will do

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and technical service for Stretch Robotics at customer worksites.
• Provide end-to-end technical support to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Track customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, response time, and first-time-fix performance.
• Complete service administration and document activities promptly in the CRM.

Requirements

• Previous experience delivering reliable, responsive field service for specialized and complex platform technology.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent PC skills, including Windows and Linux.
• Experience using power tools and specialized equipment.
• Strong customer management and communication skills, with a record of achieving successful support outcomes.
