Location: Eggelsberg, Upper Austria, Austria; on-site with up to 10 home office days per month
Salary: Minimum EUR 54,439.42 gross per year

What you will do
- Lead sub-projects for new product industrialization and support transfers to serial production at international manufacturing sites.
- Plan and implement production, assembly, and material-flow processes, including cycle-time analysis, capacity planning, and layout design.
- Develop, procure, and implement machines, production equipment, and tooling.
- Prepare technical specifications and requirements documents for manufacturing equipment.
- Contribute to product development and capital investment projects using Design for Manufacturing, Design for Automation, Lean Six Sigma, and FMEA.
Requirements
- Completed technical education or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience with project management in industrialization or investment projects.
- Knowledge of production processes, manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, production-line planning, assembly processes, and material flows.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
