Location: Fernitz bei Graz, Austria; flexible hybrid schedule with remote and on-site installation work.

Salary: Minimum EUR 3,267 gross per month for full-time employment, with flexibility based on qualifications.

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, coordinate, and execute installations in fashion retail environments.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical implementation concepts.
• Develop installation plans, technical documentation, and implementation tracking.
• Integrate devices, platforms, APIs, interfaces, and data models into existing customer systems.
• Customize templates and location-based services, and support data integration and system configuration.
• Support or own technical project management activities from solution design through go-live.

Requirements

• Technical background in IT, software development, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience delivering technical projects, ideally in retail or system integration.
• Knowledge of system integration, APIs, interfaces, and data processing.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach in a customer-facing environment.
• Good written and spoken English and German at C1 level required.
• Experience with project management, platform solutions, devices, and digital retail technologies is advantageous.
