Staff Architect (AI Agent Platform)

What you will do

• Design and evolve a large-scale distributed system for autonomous AI agents serving extensive customer bases and processing massive data volumes.
• Define the technology roadmap, architectural standards, technology stack, and interfaces for agent interaction, information sharing, and autonomous action triggering.
• Design agent knowledge components using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and distributed database architectures.
• Evaluate AI foundational platforms, agent workflow platforms, builder frameworks, and modern web technologies.
• Provide system-design guidance to development teams and partner across the organization to establish technical requirements and standards.
• Track advances in agentic AI and incorporate responsible AI guardrails, observability, and Human-in-the-Loop checks.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems and high-traffic customer-facing applications.
• Deep practical knowledge of modern AI, LLMs, multimodal models, tool use, multi-agent systems, and agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RAG, vector databases, distributed databases, and cloud deployment.
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to translate ambiguous user needs into technical architectures, evaluate trade-offs, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, with experience mentoring engineers and leading by example.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or software companies, FinTech, E-Commerce, cloud services, SaaS, AI, or automation.
• Projects, prototypes, or publications demonstrating hands-on use of state-of-the-art AI models and agentic frameworks.
