Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services for a marketplace of tools and integrations used by AI agents through MCP.
• Optimize systems for low latency, high throughput, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Integrate machine learning components into production systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead technical initiatives across design, planning, implementation, and maintenance over a 3–9 month horizon.
• Contribute to architecture evolution and engineering culture while driving pragmatic, high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with TypeScript and Node.js, ideally NestJS, or comparable frameworks with willingness to learn TypeScript.
• Experience developing and maintaining highly scalable and reliable microservices.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and APIs.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure such as Kubernetes, GCP, or AWS.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills. Experience leading technical projects and openness to AI-assisted coding tools are required.
