FP&A Analyst (Ecommerce)

Location: Barcelona based. Hybrid model requiring at least 4 days of office attendance per month.

What you will do

• Manage monthly closing and P&L ownership, reviewing accruals and deferred expenses.
• Perform trend and variance analysis on KPIs across P&L, balance sheets, and headcount.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards for leadership and departmental reporting.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes to meet strategic goals.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for revenue growth and international expansion.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial data and recommendations.

Requirements

• Practical experience in FP&A, accounting, or a finance role.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills, specifically in Excel.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to optimize workflows and automate repetitive reporting tasks.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or specialized planning/forecasting software.
• Ability to create executive-level presentation decks.
• Previous experience in tech, e-commerce, or high-growth environments.
