What you will do

• Manage multi-country payroll operations for the EMEA region, including regular and off-cycle approvals.
• Streamline payroll processes onto a single global platform.
• Reconcile payroll inputs from internal stakeholders and systems like Workday, ZoHo, and ZenDesk.
• Generate accurate client invoices using cost reports and ensure timely processing.
• Serve as a key escalation point for payroll and billing inquiries from employees and customers.
• Mentor and train Associate Payroll & Billing Specialists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries, specifically Spain.
• Proficiency in third-party platforms such as ADP, Workday, or Ceridian.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal) and professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience in customer support using ticketing systems like Zendesk or ServiceNow.
• Ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive materials with strict data confidentiality.

• Fluency in Spanish.
