What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including vendor onboarding, purchasing, invoice processing, and payments.
• Lead month-end Accounts Payable activities such as reconciliations and accruals.
• Drive operational excellence by automating workflows and enhancing NetSuite P2P system configurations.
• Build and maintain strong internal financial controls, policies, and documentation.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Tax teams to resolve complex issues and improve stakeholder experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Finance Operations professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, or Procure-to-Pay.
• 1–2 years of people leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and procurement best practices.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
• Proven track record of driving automation and implementing scalable financial solutions.
• English proficiency required for all business communications.

Nice to have

• Experience leading distributed or global teams.
• Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction sales tax (GST/HST, US Sales Tax, VAT).
