What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end tech stack, ensuring visibility and optimization of software and vendor spend.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewal planning to secure optimal commercial terms.
• Own purchasing strategy for Marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure efficient procurement at scale.
• Create and oversee Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite while maintaining compliance.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Vendor/Contract Management.
• Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English (written and spoken).
• Strong track record in contract negotiation and managing multiple vendor timelines.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and scale procurement processes from the ground up.
