hirify.global is a fast-growing FinTech scale-up providing a financial operating system for mid-market and enterprise companies, currently building its own banking infrastructure.

What you will do

• Identify operational bottlenecks in banking processes and help design automation to solve them.
• Participate in strategic conversations shaping the direction of the hirify.globalOne product.
• Act as a bridge between the Banking team and Go-to-Market (GTM) to translate technical capabilities into client value.
• Support the activation and onboarding of real clients.
• Collaborate directly with the senior banking team without filters.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
• Genuine curiosity and interest in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Strong Spanish and English proficiency.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain for hybrid work.
• Resourceful and proactive approach to fixing problems.

Nice to have

• Solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or automation tools.
