What you will do

• Develop and execute the influencer and community marketing strategy for Nebius Certification.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with technical creators, AI practitioners, educators, and industry experts.
• Build long-term partnerships with developer communities, meetups, conferences, universities, and ecosystem partners.
• Design and run influencer campaigns across social platforms, video platforms, podcasts, newsletters, and events.
• Develop ambassador and advocacy programs to drive community-led promotion of Nebius Certification.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and coordinate with Product Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related marketing roles.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and initiative.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.
• Background in or strong interest in AI-powered products.
