What you will do

• Oversee and drive B2B strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize growth opportunities.
• Define the strategy and direction of the sales team for the Non-Jabo area.
• Manage the hiring and performance of the sales team to achieve corporate objectives.
• Expand the company’s footprint in the B2B market and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and scale LTL, Same Day, and Cargo business services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with 3-5 years in a leadership role within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in developing Go To Market sales plans and proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the market outside Jabodetabek, specifically East and Central Java.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
