What you will do

• Participate in a 2-year immersive learning program featuring rotations, shadowing, and specialization opportunities.
• Develop technical solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, and Networking.
• Drive the design, integration, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and product managers through the agile development lifecycle.
• Mentor other engineers to implement highly available and secure scalable architectures.
• Manage technical debt, vulnerabilities, and the currency of third-party components.

Requirements

• Skill in one or more areas: Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, or Network Systems.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master Certified Technical Specialist certification.
