Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant (Supply Chain/Consulting): Supporting end-to-end Supply Chain transformation and technology engagements across presales, RFPs, requirements analysis, functional solution design, and client-facing presentations with an accent on translating supply chain business challenges into scalable, value-driven solutions powered by data analytics & AI. Focus on fit-gap analysis, process mapping, operating model definition, and bridging business stakeholders with technology teams to design and validate planning and execution solutions.

What you will do

• Support presales activities for Supply Chain transformation and technology engagements, including RFP/RFI responses, solution narratives, effort estimates, and delivery approaches.
• Create client-facing presentations, solution decks, offering materials, business case documents, and executive discussion materials.
• Lead or support requirements gathering, analyze current-state processes, and identify gaps, pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution specifications; run fit-gap analysis vs. platform capabilities.
• Collaborate on solutioning and delivery support: future-state process design, integration/data requirements, KPIs/dashboards/analytics needs, and UAT planning.
• Manage stakeholder communication and workshops, clearly explaining complex business and technology concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain synchronization (not limited to a single silo).
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong supply chain domain experience across one or more areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning/scheduling, distribution/replenishment, logistics/transportation, warehouse management, network planning, or control tower/visibility.
• Experience supporting or leading client-facing consulting engagements with digital/system-complex data analytics.
• Experience working across business, IT, architecture, data/analytics, AI, and delivery functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain planning and enterprise platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP (IBP/APO/S/4HANA).
• Experience using business analysis and mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Python, and SQL.
