TL;DR

What you will do
- Serve as a client-facing practitioner to sell, lead, and implement expert services utilizing 's offerings and technologies.
- Work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Define use cases, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support development teams with technical understanding and solution alignment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Strong experience in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficient in data analysis using SQL.
- Excellent technical understanding across software systems.
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
- Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
- Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with UML and BPMN 2.
- Experience in software testing.
- Understanding of IT Security principles.
- Knowledge of Jira.
