Location: Hybrid in Diegem, Belgium (Office attendance required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support to customers and resolve system and supply chain queries.
• Analyze customer performance to identify opportunities for improving KPIs and VMI efficiency.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers through coaching and guidance.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support the implementation of new customers.
• Act as a product expert during customer demonstrations and sales discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Development to provide feedback and test new features.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (essential).
• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or VMI in a consulting or support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Diegem, Belgium.
