What you will do

• Collaborate with Supply Chain and market teams to enhance S&OP effectiveness.
• Design and execute demand and supply planning processes using robust data insights.
• Build a "single source of truth" data foundation for scalable S&OP and IBP data products.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable data and analytics problem statements.
• Serve as product owner, project lead, or analyst depending on business priorities.
• Manage stakeholders across executive leadership, IT, and commercial functions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a similar discipline.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience in indirect people management.
• Exposure to AI-enabled products and analytics solutions.
