What you will do

• Lead requirements discovery sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Document current-state processes, workflows, business rules, and operational requirements.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Create structured documentation that engineering teams use for estimation, scoping, and building.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and AI-driven solutions.
• Support engineering teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation and stakeholder interviewing.
• Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must be located in Latin America.
• Familiarity with AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or fulfillment operations.
• Background in Consulting, Business Architecture, or Solution Architecture.
• Experience with workflow automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems or requirements repositories.
