What you will do

• Connect with business stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly within Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into technical solutions.
• Support the Product Manager in the creation and preparation of Business Requirements Documentation (BRD).
• Conduct functional testing and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the Data & AI domain.
• High-level understanding of Data & AI and deep understanding of a business domain.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Strong delivery management skills, specifically with Agile and Scrum.
• Experience leading workshops and meetings.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Katowice, Poland
