What you will do

• Design end-to-end solutions by documenting business processes and converting logic into technical platform designs.
• Configure the o9 platform to solve complex supply chain problems and implement performance monitoring.
• Analyze large enterprise data using mathematical models, optimization algorithms, and ETL processes.
• Create and execute testing protocols and automate test cases to resolve solution gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor junior analysts on technical and business project aspects.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience presenting complex topics and implementing supply chain planning solutions.
• Proficiency in statistical or optimization tools such as R, SAS, or CPLEX.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, MDX, T-SQL, and database management.
• English: Business communication level required.
• Mandarin: Native level required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in planning systems and exposure to ERP tools.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle supply chain solution implementations.
• Proficiency in using Agile methodology for large-scale enterprise projects.
