Location: Shanghai Office (Hybrid: work from home two days a week)

What you will do
- Design end-to-end solutions by documenting business processes and converting logic into technical platform designs.
- Configure the o9 platform to solve complex supply chain problems and implement performance monitoring.
- Analyze large enterprise data using mathematical models, optimization algorithms, and ETL processes.
- Create and execute testing protocols and automate test cases to resolve solution gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor junior analysts on technical and business project aspects.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience presenting complex topics and implementing supply chain planning solutions.
- Proficiency in statistical or optimization tools such as R, SAS, or CPLEX.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, MDX, T-SQL, and database management.
- English: Business communication level required.
- Mandarin: Native level required.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in planning systems and exposure to ERP tools.
- Experience leading full-lifecycle supply chain solution implementations.
- Proficiency in using Agile methodology for large-scale enterprise projects.
