What you will do

• Execute VIP engagement strategies to understand and meet the needs of high-value players.
• Develop and maintain strong, authentic, and trusted relationships with players through regular communication and local events.
• Manage all aspects of the player relationship, including escalation responses and feedback collection.
• Provide players with information on new game offerings, promotions, and platform features.
• Analyze player data and trends to make confident decisions and support platform improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with all VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Hoboken, NJ
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and travel as required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
