TL;DR

Training and Promotion Representative (Sales/Retail): Driving product awareness, retailer readiness, and player engagement across traditional and social environments with an accent on field training and promotional event execution. Focus on strengthening new retailer performance, educating players on product features, and maintaining compliance within the assigned New Jersey territory.

Location: Must be based in Bergen, Passaic, Essex, or Morris counties, NJ, US. Travel within the territory is required nearly 100% of the time.

Salary: $43,264 - $73,882

What you will do

  • Provide on-boarding training for new retailers on lottery products, procedures, and compliance.
  • Conduct promotional events in bars, restaurants, social clubs, and corporate environments.
  • Educate players on product features and address inquiries during events.
  • Coordinate and manage retailer training sessions and promotional material usage.
  • Gather customer feedback and document event results for marketing teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal sales partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of related sales, retail, or wholesale experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned NJ territory nearly 100% of the time.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and writing skills.
